All bookings are to be made via our online booking link. to secure your appointement credit card details must be entered at time of booking. a cancellation fee will be charge if you are a no show or do not give notice within 24hours.
due to australian health & safety laws refunds/exchnages are only applicable to faulty goods.as hair extensions are classified as human products, the health department regulations restrict us from accepting returns or refunds on used hair extensions. if you are unhappy with your service we will work with you to achieve your desired outcome.
please notify us if you do not consent to digital images of your hair being taken & used on social media for marketing and advertising
prior to every appointment hair must be freshly washed & no leave in products are to be applied - failure to do so could result in requiring premature maintanence & will incur standard maintanence charges.
we offer a free fix up service for up to 14 days following your appointment if you are unhappy with any extension placement, after this period maintanence/removal fees will apply.
when you schedule a hair extension consult appointment with us, you will need to sign a client form with all our terms and conditions.
